|Important information about bidding on the HomeLink website - Saturday 29 April to Monday 1 May.|
Due to an essential upgrade of our IT system between 7.30am on Saturday 29 April and 6pm Monday 1 May, you'll be unable to make any bids for properties on the HomeLink website. After this you'll be able to place bids on properties until they close at 11.59pm on Wednesday 3 May. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Welcome to the Nottingham HomeLink property search pages.
To view all properties in this week's advert, please click on the 'List of all available properties' link on the left or 'Search by area' or 'Search by property details'.
To bid on homes you are eligible for, please click the 'Log on' link on the left.
IMPORTANT - Local Housing Allowance Cap
From April 2019, help with social rents will only be given up to the Local Housing Allowance that is appropriate for your household. This could mean that you won't get all of your rent paid if you rely on Housing Benefit. Talk to your housing provider to get more information.
Please note that Nottingham City Council rents are subject to review and will be confirmed on offer letters.
You need to be on the housing register to log on and bid.
If you are not registered, please click on the 'How to apply' link on this page. You can also download a copy of the Housing Allocations Policy.
If you have any queries, please call the HomeLink Team on 0115 746 9977 during office hours.
For Nottingham City Homes and Nottingham City Council properties
We want to make sure that you can afford to live in your new home and to offer any support you may need.
Offers of housing are subject to you attending a pre-tenancy meeting to complete an affordability check and to discuss payment of rent. We will let you know more details once we offer you a home.
It's really important you attend. If you don't, your offer of housing will be withdrawn and your housing application may be closed.
